The Velati continuous meat cutter, completely made of stainless steel, has been designed to transform a whole block of meat in meat pieces with a blades system expressly designed to avoid meat damages and smashing. A structure of combined blades composed by a swinging guillotine knife and a set of circular knives, allows working the product at different temperatures, cutting both fat and meat, and reaching a hourly production till 8-10 tons per hour. There are three kinds of meat cutters depending on the working temperature and production needs. Each Velati’s meat cutter feeding is provided by conveyor belts, its speed being regulated by a speed variator allows to control the hourly production and the cut pieces thickness. Each Velati’s meat cutter is provided with an inverter for the conveyor belts regulation. F3 and F4 models are also equipped with touch screen controls and PLC with the possibility of shaping and memorizing different work programs. Each machine also has an alarm system controlled by a specialelectrical equipment.

The mixer with unloading by hatches is completely made of stainless steel and it is formed by a double cradle mixing tank with two mixing shafts with intersecting paddles of the same shapes and dimensions. The tank capacity varies between 1.100, 1.500, 2.000, 3.000, and 4.000 lt., bigger capacity tanks are available upon request. Each mixer is available also in the vacuum versions and with CO2 intake. Generally used to obtain quality productions, they are equipped with an unloading system by sliding hatches located on the tank’s bottom. The system allows a perfect mixing of different components and a rapid unloading. This kind of mixers are mainly used to produce sausages, salami and Italian typical mortadella.

Velati’s TA6 – TM6 grinders, completely built in stainless steel, have been designed to perform productions fitted for the small/medium industry preserving the same mechanical and tecnical characteristics of grinders built for the large industry. Both models are available in two different versions: two speeds and variable speed. The first version, the two speeds one, has two speeds on the feeding worm while the knives’ speed remains constant; the second version, the variable speed one, has instead a variable speed both on the feeding worm and on the knives allowing to maintain a high quality product. The TA6 model has not the mixing tank but a hopper with a paddle feeder, while the TM6 model is provided with a mixing tank with two shafts with paddles.

Velati salt dosing device and spices dosing device, entirely made of stainless steel, are equipped with an high ef ciency class engine with the possibility to operate under inverter frequency in order to improve the dosing’s adjustment.These machines are designed to dose and distribute salt, spices and our on a conveyor belt and thanks to their exibility can be easily inserted in production lines. Velati produces two different models of salt dosing device and spices dosing device, one with a tank of 115 liters with an inclined worm manually loaded, and a second model with a tank of 300 liters completed of mixing shafts loaded through a lifter device. In the model with the 115 liters tank the product is conveyed by an inclined worm to the dosing mouth, the dosing adjustment is made manually by varying the opening of the discharge or automatically varying the speed of the worm. In the model with the tank of 300 liters, in addition to the same features as the 115 liters model, there are two mixing shafts suitable to keep moved and mixed the product to be dosed. In both models, it is always possible to install load cells suitable to measure the weight of the spices which are homogeneously distributed on the product being processed.
